Marchristian Gregg Ligutan also known as “Marchristian” is a guitarist youtuber from Tarlac city Philippines born in 1990.
At his early age, he started listening to different types of genres of music from Pop, Rock, R&B, Hip-hop and many more and became a music lover since then.
At the age of 13, he started to learn and play the acoustic guitar influenced and mentored by his older brothers and sister and never stopped playing as he fell in love immediately with the instrument.
After 6 years of playing the acoustic guitar, he shifted and started to focus on playing the electric guitar.
His influences are Eric Johnson, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Paul Gilbert, Jack Thammarat, Vinai T and many more.
He became a lover of guitar instrumental music and had released his own original songs as his instrumental journey begins and still continues on writing original songs.

In 2017, he was chosen as the grand winner of Von Dutch SHRED FEST one of the biggest live guitar solo competition in the Philippines held at the World Trade Center Manila Dutdutan Tattoo Convention event.
He is now also focusing on his youtube channel making music related contents
from product demos and reviews, improv jams, guitar instrumental cover songs and original guitar instrumental songs and continues on inspiring others with his melodic style of playing.
